Tranches

All tranches from the funding quotes, can be viewed in one place under the tranche menu. From here a use can easily flag a tranche on a loan that is not to be funded by a warehouse as being "ready to fund" whereafter it will be picked up for tranche note generation in order for funding to take place.


1. Navigate to the Clearmatch Admin Portal and select the "Clearquote" menu item.




2. Once in Clearquote select the "Funding Tranches" menu item




3. You will be presented with a page that will automatically list the quotes that have funding options that have been calibrated and not yet flagged as "funded", which indicates they are ready to fund.






4. Use any of the filter option to refine the list of tranches:

 Type - allows you to list quotes or endorsements or both


5. The small icon on the right of the menu will slide the menu back and forth to give you more viewing space on the screen.  



6. The following appears in the list, the less obvious fields are detailed below.



      Quote:  Clicking on the hyperlinked number will navigate the user into the funding quote page.

      Funding Option: A quote can have multiple funding options listed. Clicking on a funding option link will navigate the user directly into that specific funding option within the funding quote..

      Tranche Note: Will be the tranche note application number. This will only have a value if the tranche note has been created and is hyperlinked to navigate the user into another browser  window into the application for the tranche note in Fusion. 

If the status of the quote is “Calibrated” and it is NOT being funded by the warehouse, then the “READY TO FUND” button will be displayed on the row with the quote number. Clicking this button will update the status of the  “Quote” to “Funded” so that funding will take place.
