Dashboard Home Page
When you sign into Clearquote you will be navigated to the dashboard home page.
At the top of the page in the right hand corner, you will find an icon that will allow you to switch between the versions of the platform in the different countries. Take note that each country will have different colours which will make it easier for users to determine which country they are accessing.
In the far corner a coloured circle with your initials will have a small green dot if you are successfully logged into Microsoft Office 365 and red dot if you are not.
The dashboard home page will display widgets specific to each user that will allow users to see short , specific data relevant to their function in the business. This will enable users to be more productive.
Users are able to
- Click on the
button to select from a list of possible widgets to add to their dashboard. Once loaded the widgets will appear on the dashboard with refreshed data each time ethe user sign in or returns to the home page. It is not recommended that a user add to many widgets to the homepage.
- Clicking on the 3 dots in top right hand corner of a widget already on the dashboard

- Remove a widget from their dashboard
- Refresh the data displayed in the widget
- “View Report” - Open a widget in full view so that you can
- Change any filter details.
- Drill through to more details
- When a widget is first added to the page the user will need to reposition and resize the widget so it appears as and where they want on the dashboard. Once positioned the widget will always appear in the same position.
Each time you visit / access the clearquote home page the data in the widgets you have loaded will be refreshed.
